How to find out when I left a meeting in Teams?

How can I see when I joined and left a meeting?

 

I'm not after the meeting start and end times (which I also can't find), I'm looking to find out specifically when I joined and left, just in case I might've left it open longer than intended.

    vla_ve It's easy. You can ask the host to end a meeting and remember to click the red-telephone button to leave the meeting.

      Kam I was hoping to find something like a log for meetings that happened in the (recent) past. Is there anything like that?

        vla_ve Yes there is, you can view history by scrolling up the chat.
