How to download Video from teams when recording wasnt saved?

Question

How to download Video from teams when recording wasn't saved?

and it shows video will expire 19 days.

Some videos are recorded and saved which I can access through Microsoft streams.

But I m not able see and download video which are not saved.

Pls. guide how to download it.
