How to disable MS authenticator (MFA) login for all the users in the MS tenant

Hi We are working on MS team 3rd part integration and usin MS team users for our test automations. What we observed that after 14 days every users loging to teams or any othe MS applictaion asking to setup the MFA either through app or via some mobile number. As i have test users we really dont want to restrict the users to one particular authentication  device. We are looking simple username/password auntentication. May I know how can I disable the MFA or authentication app requirement while login in my ms tenant? It is sand box and i dont have nay paid services yet.
