How to create Teams for free account for work? Only given "for school" option.

I've been trying to create a Teams for free account but not given the "for friends and family" or "for work" options.  When I enter an email it says, "looks like you're a school" and refers to setup Education 365.  What am I doing wrong?

    Go to Get Teams for free and choose the Sign up for free button. If you don't see the Sign up for free button, scroll down (nearly to the bottom of the page) to Get Microsoft Teams for your organization today, and then select Sign up for free. Enter the email address you want to use with Microsoft Teams free.
