BB-PP Open your work account's settings in the browser (myaccount.microsoft.com) and go to the organizations tab. From there you can (if you don't need the access anymore) leave the external organizations.
It's also possible that an external organization doesn't allow guest users to leave the org themselves. In this case you could contact someone from this external org to request your guest access to be removed.
