How to avoid double quote character replacement in all teams text (chats, teams...)

Hello,

I'm a developer, and with my colleagues, we use to share code with Teams (In teams text, or teams Chats).

I know we should use the code snippet... but it is taking... too much time... So most of the time we just copy/paste the code directly in the chat message.

However, I notice the double quote characters are all replaced by the textual one. Example:

"..." is replaced by “…” 

Is it possible to avoid this automatic behavior?
