How do i setup then then be able to email a unique identifier from a form response?
I would like to be able to set up forms to provide a response identifier and be able to email this to the user so they can complete information on the excel sheet
- Basically if you mean have each person's response go to a different file / unique location you cannot do this, since you cannot customize the outbound message. The only thing you can do is with Power Automate like Adam said, but when you do this you can only do it with the "People in my Organization" option, since they have to authenticate to fill out the form, you can then use / collect their name in the response. Then use the Trigger and act on that data and use it.
You can do the same with an anonymous form, but you have to collect who it is in order to act on that response etc. using Power Automate.
Hopefully we took the question correctly. Let us know if you have any other questions. - In order to do this you need to use Power Automate. Add the Form response as a trigger and add the proper actions
