How do I set up Teams phone voicemail after hours

Hello everyone, 

 

My team and I recently added teams phone to our business and I can't seem to find where we can set up our voicemails.

 

The problem that we have is that the calls go through to our phones/laptops even after our business hours. Therefore, my question is, how can I set up an automated voicemail that will generate to my callers after my business hours 8-5pm.

  • Hello Jueckh,

    Now if the calls are coming on your Teams Mobile Application in the Mobile Application you have the option of Quiet Hours which will allow the calls to go to voicemails.

    Additionally in Oct-Nov Timeframe Microsoft with Viva is adding additional feature capability
