As far as I know, you don't
If you don't want them to see it, don't start the meeting early. I'm one that will generally join 5 minutes before a meeting starts since that it the last reminder and keeps me from missing the meeting.
The time before a meeting is also now considered water cooler time. That's when you get to talk to your coworkers informally, before the meeting starts.
