Help with Teams upgrade

Hi, I upgraded Teams with a monthly payment to have longer teams meeting. The microsoft 365 personal. But my teams login still says that I need to upgrade.  How to fix this? I need it now.       ...

Hi AdeleG,

here are the steps you can try:

  1. Sign out and Log in to Microsoft Teams:
    Select your profile picture at the top of the app and then select Sign out.
    Sign out or remove an account from Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support

  2. Check for Updates:
    Navigate to your avatar in the upper-right corner within Teams and select "Check for updates." This action prompts Teams to search for and install any available updates.

  3. Reinstall Teams:
    If the problem persists, consider reinstalling Teams.
    Uninstall Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support
