Help with Microsoft Teams

I have been having an issue setting up Microsoft Teams. I have a Microsoft account, but, can't sign up for Teams. I get as far as the phone number, but, says "Sorry, we need additional information to verify your identity. Please contact Office 365 support", under the phone number space provided. I click the link that says "Please contact 'Office 365 support'" and it doesn't work the second time I click on it (it did the first time). Anyways, it won't let me go any further. If someone can help, that'll be great. Thanks in advance!
