Help Needed: Inviting members via a Distribution List to your Microsoft Teams?
Hi there, I wonder if someone could help me please.
We are having trouble inviting members to our MS Teams with a specific distribution list (that contains sub dl's). Is it possible to invite members with a distribution list that has sub dl's within it?
We are getting a "Unknown Service Error".

Only direct members are supported afaik. Just in case, you can retry the operation via the M365 Group UI, via OWA.

- Not within Teams no, it'll only use security groups if I remember correctly. You could technically use flow to read distribution lists and then add members from that using the Add to team action, but unless this is for thousands of people it would probably be faster to just manually add people :).
