Help! Filing text...

Hello everyone,

I'm hoping this is the right place to ask but I need a better way to store text within Teams if possible?

I need to store standard answers to questions but they are often 1,000 words plus. I would like to be able to use a system that allows me the find them easily. It would be useful if I was able to search the contents of the text i.e. the answer may include the word vehicles, mobilisation and survey.

Is there a good way of doing this? I have been using OneNote but it isn't that good.
