Help! can't load Microsoft Teams app on my desktop

Help please!&nbsp;&nbsp;can't load the microsoft Teams app on my desktop. Well, actually, when I try, it goes blank and crashes and never loads it. OR (as I've tried it multiple times), it looks like it has loaded the app, but when I click on Join Meeting - use app to join meeting, it crashes and I always have to join using the web interface.&nbsp;&nbsp;Can someone help me?&nbsp;

Hi,&nbsp;Do you only start the Teams app from the Join meeting link or can you start it "manually" from your start menu? If it crashes then too uninstall Teams and then clear the cache before you install Teams again&nbsp;https://commsverse.blog/2018/09/28/clear-the-microsoft-teams-client-cache/&nbsp;
