Having a series of issues upon signing up
Hello all,
If my issues or series of questions have already been answered, please direct me to those posts. I did search and read through dozens of posts looking for something similar, but I have not found any solutions to the problems.
First, I grabbed a copy of the Free version and upon signing up using a Hotmail account, I get into the application and at the top it says, "You've hit the Storage Limit" which seemed odd considering that there is no content, other than my organization name in there. I have tried and can not add anything to the files section.
Secondly, when my client sends me a link to join his Team, my app goes into a loop where it says "We're switching you to your other account. It'll just take a moment..." and the app stays in this phase for a minute or two, and then puts me back to the Team select screen, never actually joining their team. Their link does include a 'tenantId' value.
I've tried using my gmail email to create a second account, but when I use that address I receive a message that says "You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead." Since I use my personal emails to do these small business deals, they ARE my work accounts, unfortunately.
We have also tried to have my client just add me as a Team member since I was in the Teams application now, but they get an error, my email address could not be found.
So far, I can create my own team, but I can't use it or do anything with it because it's reached it's storage limit. That's ok, because I signed up to help a client on their team, but I can't join their team with my account, nor can I join their account when they invite me or try to find me.
I have included two images, one showing the storage limit issue, and one showing the changing account loop.
I'm not sure where the issue is exactly, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
Additional Note: Upon trying to save this post, I got a message saying, "Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and submit the message when you are satisfied." I did not include any HTML code in my message.
Thanks,
Ryan
