Have users in a Team chat pair up on private calls for group work

Hey everyone,

I am going to be doing a workshop on Teams and my participants need to do some group work in pairs, so I wanted to see if it's possible for users on a chat to pair up or have private chats within the larger group chat.

Having them hang up and have to call one another would be pretty annoying, especially since we plan on doing a number of group assignments throughout the workshop.

Is there a way for users to have individual or smaller group video chats within a larger group?
