Guest user, work on apps/tabs

Hi,

As a guest User I can not add Apps/Tabs to the channel. But can I use it, work and modify it. In this case if the Site Owner/Admin adds the Lists app to the channel?

Yes you can! Of course it could differ what kind of tab, but normally yes, and lists included
