Guest participants outside of organisation
Hi,
I am wondering is there a way that Guest participants outside of organisation should only be able to dial in to a call ?
Thanks
Hi backonthejob
As per my experience this is not possible since there is a setting "Anonymous users can join a meeting setting in the Meeting Settings" if we turn this off this would also prevent your Dial-In Users from joining the meeting.
As a workaround you can enable the Meeting Lobby feature so that all the users joining the meeting using the Web Client would be stuck in the Lobby and they need to be approved by the Meeting Attendees to join the meeting.

Hi backonthejob
There are plenty of settings available in Microsoft Teams Organization Wide Setting for the Guest User Feature that we intent to provide to the Guest User. The Steps are as follows:-
1. Login in Office 365 Portal
2. Navigate to Microsoft Teams Admin Center
3. Organization Setting on the Left
4. Guest Access
In the Guest Access you can control the services which feature needs to be enabled for the guest users.

I already have that setting set to off but when I send an meeting request to an external user they can connect using their Teams client, what I need is for them to only dial in using the conf number.
Is this possible ?
