Nowell365 Connect it to your computer as a webcam and Teams will be able to use it. But it is not recommended by GoPro.

Can you explain more what you are going to use it for?
Yes, it is possible.
First, you need to convert your GoPro to a webcam using a device called a capture card and a Micro HDMI to HDMI cable or Mini HDMI to HDMI (if you have a Hero4).
Make sure you have a GoPro with an HDMI port. Hero4 Black, Hero4 Silver, Hero5, Hero6, Hero7 Black, and Hero8 Black should work, actually any camera with an HDMI port will work (The GoPro Media Mod is needed for the Hero8).
The setup is straight-forward since it is all plug and play.
Once you connect everything, you need to set up your GoPro as the source for the video and audio, or only for the video, as you like.
Click your profile picture at the top of Teams, then Settings > Devices.
Under Audio devices, pick the speaker and mic you want Teams to use by default.
Under Camera, select the capture card, and you will see a preview of the GoPro's video.
Here's a https://actiongadgetsreviews.com/how-to-use-a-gopro-as-a-webcam on how to do the setup with a recommendation on which capture card to use.
