- Apr 22, 2020
Nowell365 Connect it to your computer as a webcam and Teams will be able to use it. But it is not recommended by GoPro.

Can you explain more what you are going to use it for?

Thanks for the reply. We intend for the engineer onsite to use a GoPro cam with a head strap carrying out a machine installation while our expert engineers guide them remotely.

Nowell365 Okay, checkout this device from RealWear. Could be something for you that is designed for what you want to do.

LinusCansby Looks really good and would probably be perfect for what we need although I don't think it's fully available yet in the UK and probably a bit more than we were looking to pay as we're probably going to need a few worldwide.
I'm sure there must be loads of companies wanting to do what we're planning at the moment.

Nowell365 It is available, 2500 USD. To get Teams you have to sign up in their preview program.

Add 1000 USD extra and you get a Hololens as Steven suggested.

Also think about how much a own solution can cost in time, it might when you test it out and then some engineer is going to use it there some problem and you have to fix that first.
