Ghost messages
Hi,
in my work we are having a big problem with Teams. In group chats it is very common that users do not see half of the messages that were sent by others.
We have tried a lot of things to fix that: clearing cache, uninstalling the app, signing out and it is still not working properly. Do you have any additional ideas what we could do?
moonsea I would suspect a firewall is blocking some of the domains used by Teams, causing messages to be blocked. If these users are behind a corporate firewall I would check in it's logs to see what's being blocked.
Messages appear from multiple sources depending on whether they are being delivered in real time or not, if only one of the other is being blocked that would explain the inconsistent looking behavior.
