Getting timeouts when downloading Teams Rooms drivers

I have purchased a Logitech SmartDock and I'm using an old Surface Pro 4 with it.
I am using another Windows PC to configure the install media.
When I run the CreateSrsMedia.ps1 script I get as far as answering which drivers I want to use but they never download, the script ends with a timeout.

Is there a way to run the process manually? It seems that the only way to do this now is with the script.
Help appreciated.
