Get-CsOnlineUser returning MI_RESULT_FAILED error

Hello, 

 

I am getting sporadic errors when performing calls to 

 

Get-CsOnlineUser

 

 

It sometimes responds with:

 

 

Processing data from remote server api.interfaces.records.teams.microsoft.com failed with the following error message: MI_RESULT_FAILED

 

 

or similarly:

 

 Starting a command on the remote server failed with the following error message : MI_RESULT_FAILED

 

Any idea what could cause this MI_RESULT_FAILED error?

    We are seeing the same response when setting voicemail, also sporadically. Started happening recently tested on both 3.0.0 and 3.1.0 PowerShell modules.
