Nothing like this exists today, however I have raised a uservoice for you here

I think this is a good idea, especially as you say to use that data for analytics or to submit to your line manager. Would recommend you vote on it and get others to do so in order to push it up the agenda. By voting, you'll be notified if Microsoft pick it up
