Teams1 - is page I get, when click sign up for team
this page have 2 optionsTeams2 - is for registering my school (actually registering for Academic O365 subscription)
Teams3 - is the second option direct meI have ensure - 2 days ago this same works differently allowing me to register for free Teams
Today this picture is changed
At least for my region (Estonia)Its down the very bottom of this page

Yea - 2 days ago was there option to register to free Teams, but now this same direct me only to skype logon page
