Folders not showing in Teams mobile app

Due to COVID-19 my son's school has just gone online with Teams this morning. He is using a Samsung Galaxy tab (Android OS). For some reason files that are placed in root are visible, but he does not...

It seems to be isolated to "read only" folders

    Same issue here. Unfortunately Microsoft doesn't seem to acknowledge and solve the problem.
