Folder filtering

Hello We need a solution for our lesson plan organization. Is there a way for each person to have their lesson plans in their class team and have the principle have a folder view of all the class lesson plans? I am trying to avoid the teachers putting their lesson plans in their class team and also in another place for the principle.
