Filter inbound calls to Teams mobile app
Teams Phone is ancillary to the business ops in this case, it is not used as the primary task area.
I have a number call queues with users in each. External and internal calls work well.
Users do not typically use the Teams iOS app, they keep all functions to PC or desk handset.
A new queue is required, which will be an emergency/OOH number than will go to a queue of 4 users.
They need this to ring 24/7. Emergency does not mean life threatening or similar, it is an "emergency" in business terms.
Is there a way to prevent the iOS app from alerting inbound calls, unless they are from this particular queue?
The users do not want to be distracted on their mobile device with "standard" calls.
"emergency" calls could come in at any time of day, so timed alerts will not work.
