Not sure I understand the scenario here, what exactly did you migrate, and what do you mean by "same account on azure"? If someone's account (UPN) was renamed, this can potentially have impact on the ODFB drive (where files get uploaded in chats), but I'm not sure if this fits the scenario you described above.
