"File failed to upload" - but the file uploaded

Hi,

Myself and some of my team members have been receiving an error message (pictured below) stating "File failed to upload" when saving a file on the desktop app view. The twist is that the changes made are still uploaded.

I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and if so were there any instances where the file did NOT upload?
