Features on recording or playing back recordings

We would like to know if we can whilst recording a meeting have just one participant video to be displayed rather than all the participants as sometimes this reduces the space available for a participant who wishes to showcase something ( e.g. identifying defects in a house).

We could possibly pin the participant to be the presenter but when post recording of the meeting when we play back the recording the person initiating the meeting seems to be take half the screen. Can this be changed to another presenter.

Happy to get some tips to manage this.
