Feature request - Show warning if external user is calling you

Hello all,

is there a way to show a warning if a external user is calling you?

Because in the current situation it is really easy to create a new Azure tenant, create a user named like the CEO, calling other guys and get credit card numbers and so on 

Only if you hover over the profile pictures you get the external button and the real mail.
