Facing Some Issues with the latest version of Microsoft Teams. Any Advice?

Hello everyone,

I recently got a new https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/lenovoauraedition/ with the following specifications:

  • Processor: Core Ultra 7 256 V processor (P-cores 4.80 GHz, E-cores 3.70 GHz)
  • Operating System (OS): Windows 11, Home 64

I've been using Microsoft Teams for my work and meetings, but I'm experiencing a few issues:

  1. Connectivity Problems: Sometimes, the application fails to connect to the internet, even though my Wi-Fi is working fine.
  2. Audio/Video Glitches: During calls, I often face audio delays or video freezes, which disrupts communication.
  3. App Crashes: The Teams app crashes occasionally, requiring me to restart it multiple times during a meeting.

Has anyone else encountered similar issues with their Microsoft Teams latest version? Any tips or advice on how to resolve these problems would be greatly appreciated!

    Can you share the Teams Client version number ? I'm using the Early Access build - 24243.1309.3132.617 which shows some hiccups lately (e.g. broken pipe, ..)

    You may see some hints in the Teams Client logs and in the Event Viewer.

    But based on what you describe here (connectivity, A/V, app crashes) this sounds like an overall Device Issue. 🙂
