External guests and requesting control during a normal call
Currently Allowing control seems to work if it's a Meeting, but in a normal call with screen shared users can't give control to guests and get a message that it isn't allowed by admin.
is this normal behavior? I can't seem to find control policy other than the one in the Meeting policy (which works as intended)

Just to be sure I tested now in a 1:1 session to share desktop with both guests and external users and both were able to request control. Do you use desktop application, if not that could be the reason since the Teams web application does not allow to request control.
