Every Chats and Teams disappear

GoodMorning, 

i have a problem with my Microsoft Teams university account. 

When I open the app from every type of devices or on web I can't see the chats and teams. 

I riceve the emails that people are contacting me in chat, I click on the link but when MS is opened I can't see anything.

I haven't change anything in the setting and the account is the same of course. 

How can I fix it?
