Error while accessing Microsoft Team via webapp

Hi , Appreciate if you could help me for the following queries and concerns :  Unable to install Microsoft Team on my HP Desktop with Windows 10 . Download gets stuck up at " Running Security Scan...

    Please try the following

    1. Goto "Internet Options"
    2. Go to Security tab and then Trusted Sites > Sites.
    3. Add following sites: https://teams.microsoft.com , https://login.microsoftonline.com.
    4. Click the button “Reset all zones to default level”.
    5. Restart your PC to check the result.

    Also 

    Disable Security Settings Check In Internet Explorer Type GPEDIT.MSC in start menu search box or run and press enter. Navigate to: Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Internet Explorer. Double-click on Turn off the Security Settings Check feature. Select Enabled. Click OK.
