Yes, I'm getting the same message after downloading the Microsoft Teams App. and trying to log in
the message saying to re-enable the application, the tab needs to be refreshed. I was on Google Chrome but I'm on my Safari page. Trying to figure out how to refresh this then I saw your comments.
