Error "To re-enable the application, the tab needs to be refreshed."
I ran into this issue also. Since I really hate deleting cache, also it is not a userfriendly thing to ask. I was looking for another solution. Finally I realized that on Chrome you are able to disable the Block third-party cookies option. After you disable this, you can open the application in Chrome incognito mode with no problem.

TamasOrtmann - I had the same problem with Chrome then switched to firefox. Then the problem came up again. So I followed your advice and disabled the blocking of cookies and so far the problem is resolved (and after a re-start of the browser).

This doesn't work for me - using Firefox. Deleted all the site data for 'microsoft.com', added teams.microsoft.com to the cookie and tracking exceptions lists. This resulted in me being asked to login to my corporate account again, but still ended up back at the "To re-enable the application the tab needs to be refreshed." screen.
