Error Opening files in in the Desktop App via Teams

I copied files in OneDrive to our Teams Sharepoint location. We can view the file in Teams & the Web without issue but when we try to open the file in the Desktop App we get the above error. The only work around we have is to locate that file in Windows Explore and it will open in the Desktop App without issue. We need to get this resolved ASAP. The organization as a whole is migrating to Teams and this is a huge issue at the moment.
