Error message when starting free Ms teams - 'Someone has already set up Teams for your organisation

I have just downloaded the free version of MS teams installed it and cliecked on the MS teams icon and getting the following error message: 'Someone has already set up Teams for your organisation'.

How do I resolve this?

harrytowers I am having the same issue. We have never set up Teams for our organisation - I just want to use it at home for my son's remote therapy with his occupational therapist and speech pathologist.

I had our office IT guy look at it, he can usually solve anything but he couldn't work it out. He put me onto Microsoft support who said I wasn't entitled to help there and had to come here and post.

If someone invites me to their meeting, it does seem to open up. But I am unable to initiate a meeting.

Zoom was set up in minutes and has worked flawlessly for us however my son's therapy team is hesitant to use it in light of recent media around security issues.

J'ai eu le même pb et je viens de trouver la solution, connectez vous en mode navigation privée jusqu'à accéder au tableau de bord et l'organisation sera créée

Thanks I've just translated your response:
I had the same bp and I just found the solution, connect in private browsing mode until you access the dashboard and the organization will be created

harrytowers Am having the same issue. Been trying to solve this for a few days now. I have tried to log into every user who has a email address on that domain and all the logins say the same thing: 'Someone has already set up Teams for your organisation'

I've been on the phone to MS support and apparently it's a 'known issue'! But could they give me the solution - I have been sent round the houses and got no -where. All I want to do is get this set up so that I can contact my mates in these strange times!

harrytowers Looks like we are going to end up using ZOOM. It is easier to setup and seems to work well. I wish MS would get this support together. I spent ages waiting for a support agent and he sent me here. Say this is the only option for support for a free account!
