Error code/ Fehler code C AA 20004 einloggen in TEAMS
Hello,
we are using Microsoft Teams in our office and we are having problems with one computer: our colleague cannot log in, error code is C AA 20004.
What exactly is the issue and how can we solve it?

wir benutzen Microsoft Teams und einer unserer Accounts kann sich leider nicht einloggen, der Error Code ist C AA 20004. Was bedeutet dieser Code und wie können wir das Problem lösen?

In our case who is the IT admin? The main person who set up the account?
traduco Yes, I would say so. But I don't know anything about your environment, and you haven't attached any other info about the error message (more tech details) but as far as I know it's a authentication issue that your administrator should be able to resolve. If not, just have him/her do a search for "0xCAA20004" and you'll get plenty hits and troubleshooting steps.
