Hi RobertWPB ,
I have had similar issue and I too have tried all the steps mentioned by you. However finally the below steps helped me:
1. Go to %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\.
2. You can see there are 4 .json files and 1 logs files. Just deleted these 5 files and nothing else.
3. Restarted teams. Then I was able to login successfully.
Please try and see if this helps.
