Enhancement Suggestion for Pop-Up for Large Teams General Channels

We have a large (1500+) Team set up and the General channel needs to be open for all members to post. However, they often don't check the FAQ or Announcements channels and post redundant questions. Including questions that are right above where they are posting. I'd love to see the availability of a configurable message pop-up when posting in a General channel chat (in this case it would be- Have you checked the FAQ or recent questions before posting?) Thanks!
