Enable blur and background effects for all user on every call in Teams

Actually only the caller can change the background or blur it, we need to enable this for everyone and every call.

 

What can I do this?

    This is not possible. Only the user can set this assuming they meet the requirements. You would need to add / find user voice item and get it voted on and worked on as it's not something that is on the roadmap.

      Could you tell me why a colleague has this option (blur...) in his menu but this option doesn't appear in mine?

      Could be something relative to privileges, permissions...?

        it could be that your computer does not support blur - it requires your CPU to support AVX2.

    Hi,
    You need to change a setting in Teams meeting policies to control which video effects are available to users. I think that feature will be available by the end of the month. More information can be found here:
