email with the link to start using Microsoft Teams
I am the admin.
Same problem today too. After logging in with email and password, I get this window that says, "You still don't use Teams, but you can set it up for your organization.
Sign up for Teams
Have you already signed up?
Check if you received the email with the link to start using Microsoft Teams. ".
But I never received this email. What can I do?

Is there a possibility can you share me the licenses which is assigned to your user account in the Office 365 Portal? Kindly ensure you take the screenshot with all the sub-licenses assigned to your account

I use Microsoft Teams free.
All the users in your organization are using Free version of Microsoft Teams?

I received the email from Teams with the security code to verify my email address, but then I never received the email with the link to start using Microsoft Teams Free, not even in the spam folder.

Io ho ricevuto l'email da Teams con il codice di sicurezza per verificare il mio indirizzo email, ma poi non ho mai ricevuto l'email con il link per cominciare ad usare Microsoft Teams Free, neanche nella cartella spam.
