Hello! I understand 🙂 Not out of the box as all the default notifications are triggered along with the action "task assignment", both for email and Teams Planner notification bot. But I did a search for you and found this template, see if it works for you.

PHili250 tried the above template yesterday and it works fine being notified when a task is being added, and not assigned.
