Email/ (from Outlook) to Teams

Good Morning!  I'm emailing a Teams Channel from Outlook, and my email contains a hyperlink.   When sending over to Teams, Teams presents the hyperlink as plain text with no option to click on it.  How do I get it where Teams will properly recognize it as a link to be able to click on it?
