Duplicate MS Teams channels and groups
We want to administrate and block employees from creating duplicate channels or groups in Teams

Try this, I have followed these steps myself a couple years ago now and they should still work.

- Agree...the only option you have is by controlling who can create Teams and channels in those Teams
