Dropped from meetings
Because the iPhone is stable on the same Wi-Fi while the Windows laptop drops every meeting, this is more likely a laptop-specific Teams, driver, proxy, or network-path issue than a general fiber outage. The message indicates temporary client connectivity loss, but reinstalling Teams cannot prove the cause. First, test one meeting in Teams on the web from that laptop; if it stays connected, collect the desktop client version and logs before changing more settings. Next, test the laptop on a different network and compare the result. Check Windows Update, the Wi-Fi adapter driver from the laptop manufacturer, power-saving settings on that adapter, and any VPN, proxy, endpoint-security, or firewall inspection. Teams needs its service endpoints and media traffic reachable. If desktop and web clients fail only on the original network, provide meeting timestamps to the network administrator and ask them to inspect proxy, firewall, and Wi-Fi roaming logs.
