Downloaded images from chat appear without as non-defined file ...

Hi there

Since upgrading to Windows 11 some functions are not working anymore, in general.

While using MS Teams and trying to download pictures like JPEG files the downloaded file has neither some linked application for starting nor any ending in the file name. I need to convert them to jpeg with a special app then.

Why?
